Victor Stolbchenko has been appointed the general manager of Empils, one of the largest Russian manufacturers of paints and varnishes. Previously Stolbchenko was employed at Rostselmash where he worked his way up from manager of coordination, sales department, to director of sales, spare parts and maintenance.
